Headteacher's Statement

Welcome to Quarry Mount Primary School and thank you for visiting our school website. 

We are a one-form entry school in the heart of the Woodhouse community, not too far from Leeds City Centre. We pride ourselves on our sense of community and our passion to create a learning environment that is as rich and diverse as the area we serve. As a school, we aim to provide a creative and inspiring place of learning where our diverse community thrives through the commitment and care of dedicated staff. Our mission is to support the learning of our children and enable them to be the best they can be. We are PROUD of our school and of our learning. 

We encourage all of our pupils to have high expectations of themselves and of each other, 'working together to achieve our dreams'. We give our children many opportunities beyond the taught curriculum, through visits, visitors, sports, music and much more. Our Pastoral team are readily on hand to support families and we have helpful links with lots of other organisations in the community.
